Who we are

What we collect
Only what you send through the quote form or by email/WhatsApp: name, email, phone (optional), company (optional) and the details of your event.
Why
To reply to your request and prepare a proposal. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Who processes it
The form is delivered by email through Web3Forms, acting as a processor. The site is hosted on Cloudflare. We never sell or share your data.
How long
We keep your request for as long as needed to reply and, if a contract follows, for the applicable legal period. You can ask for deletion at any time.
Cookies
This site uses no advertising or tracking cookies. It only stores simple preferences in your browser (such as having dismissed a notice).
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, delete or port your data, or object to its processing, by email. You may also complain to the Portuguese data protection authority (CNPD, www.cnpd.pt).
